Helen Murray Dukes is a poet and children’s author. Her writing focuses on communicating the healing journey through poems and stories. Whilst running a successful wellness business she noticed that her clients health issues all seemed to begin after a major life trauma. She was diagnosed with an “incurable” autoimmune disease and trained in META-Health in the search to heal herself. Helen lives on the West Coast of Ireland with her husband and twin boys.
