In order to improve the data on SARS-CoV-2 infection and the behaviour of the virus in healthy people, we want to carry out the following study:
A group of healthy volunteers collectively expose themselves to natural infection with SARS-CoV-2. This will take place in isolated conditions, for example on board a well-equipped passenger ship, with medical monitoring and care. The participants are offered immune-strengthening activities such as joyful creative occupation, movement/dance, intuitive nutrition, relaxation, mental training, etc.
We want to investigate how long the incubation period and how strong the immune response is in healthy people, and to what extent Covid-19 symptoms can be prevented or attenuated by the environment and the resources that are offered to the participants.
Of course the necessary medical equipment is available.
During the infection period and recovery, adding up to a total of 2-3 weeks, the whole group remains in quarantine. Antibody tests are carried out before and afterwards.
After having reached immunity, the participants will no longer be infectious for their environment and are therefore suitable for social contact in safety.
